Are You Interested in Fostering or Adopting a Friends of The Aviary Bird?
Our 2024 Update:
Presently, The Hamilton Aviary is located on RBG land at the Teaching Gardens (85 Oak Knoll Drive), however our lease expires October of 2024 and will not be renewed. We are currently looking for foster homes for the flock as we continue to search for a new home. We are working with Animal Services to ensure that all the birds find the best oooo
homes for this transition period and we hope to secure some land to build a new physical location in the future. If you are interested in applying to be a Foster, please take some time to fill out the application on The City of Hamilton's Pet Finder website. Find it directly by clicking here.
